Victory over Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday saw Wolves record successive top-flight wins for the first time since 1983.
Mick McCarthy's men will hope to extend that run further against United, and spoil Sir Alex Ferguson's 900th match in charge of the Red Devils.
Wolves last won at Old Trafford in 1980, and will not want to find themselves behind at any stage during Tuesday's fixture, as United are the only team in the Barclays Premier League not to have dropped any points from winning positions this season.
